38 years of experience has given Mr. Coons the tools to assist clients with the design, management, and budgeting of several million dollars in construction administration, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. As Founding Principal of Facilitec, Bill identifies project requirements and ensures all necessary company resources are dedicated to meeting the client’s objectives in the public and private sectors. His experience is in multiple national markets and industries including UPS, Smile Direct Club, ADT, Habitat for Humanity, and multiple campuses of hospitals and education.
Mr. Coons attended both the University of Louisville and Eastern Kentucky University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Interiors and began his career at the Webb Companies, a national developer building in 63 U.S. markets, where he became the youngest Vice President in company history. Mr. Coons then joined a New York facility management and design firm before relocating to Atlanta in 1991 to launch Facilitec.
