Unique business strategies require unique spaces. Case in point, Bull Realty.
With a mission “to provide the best commercial real estate marketing in the nation,” Michael Bull launched The Commercial Real Estate Show, a nationally syndicated, weekly talk radio show. As a result, several successful years later, Bull Realty needed to add space; space that better reflected the company’s progressive image, provided collaborative areas for meetings and events, increased broker workspaces, and even accommodated an in-house studio.
To meet Bull’s needs, Facilitec completed an expansion and renovation totaling 12,000 RSF which provided this client a beautiful, state of the art, versatile space that will cost effectively support the company’s business strategies and future growth.

Installing an in-house studio provided the client more recording flexibility and lower costs than rented studio time. The company also gains more capabilities, as the space can ultimately be used for video recording and in house training.
Collaborative Areas
Maximizing natural light and creating multi-use areas was very important, as this client needed first class space for hosting broker events and client meetings that were previously held in off-site, rented facilities. To meet these goals, Facilitec provided a large, contemporary, open, break area adjacent to existing collaborative spaces.
The existing reception area, boardroom, and conference room were updated with new finishes to create a sleek and progressive image that flowed throughout the space.

Work Space
In addition to designing 10 new private offices, Facilitec improved the efficiency of the existing workspaces. Utilizing new open plan, contemporary workstations and a more efficient layout, Facilitec was able to nearly double the number of workstations in the existing space. Low panels provided increased visibility, a more collaborative setting, and improved day lighting, while maintaining an open, uncrowded feel.
