Facilitec relocated and consolidated Dominium’s 2 office spaces into one location. We reduced their real estate cost and made sure the relocation process was meticulously managed with a smooth transition for employees and customers.

We worked closely with the client to combine a warm residential environment with business essentials. Lighting was a concern so we removed the previous lighting and installed indirect fixtures, to ensure the best light quality.

While working with Dominium’s staff, the requested “war rooms” were designed as a hospitable seating are of a home which supported their family like culture. The 17,000 square foot space housed multiple conference rooms, offices, and an open and airy break room with the ability to expand. Facilitec managed the relocation to the new office and decommissioned the other spaces all with minimal downtime without lost productivity.

Mirion knows radiation and is a leader in detection products, training and other safety products. When they decided to relocate their facility in Atlanta, they looked to Facilitec for project management to move their company to a new facility that was more conducive to their current employees and more appealing to new talent. After 20 years, they moved to Atlanta’s thriving Upper Westside on Menlo Drive.

The 32,000 square foot warehouse facility was transformed to an open office space with an environment that reflects Mirion’s company culture and objectives. The facility includs a conference center, experience center and a laboratory for testing and development. Facilitec worked in partnership with ASD design and Office Interiors to design and build the environment. The facility was created with a fresh open environment filled with exterior light and high open ceilings. Office Interiors designed the furnishings to compliment the progressive design. Both ASD and Office Interiors worked collectively to ensure that the finishes created a seamless design that filled the company’s objectives and goals.

The joint effort of Scotland Wright Associates, Facilitec, Humphries Construction and Office Interiors made for a problem free project that is now home for the organization.
