When the Georgia Chamber of Commerce leased 24,000 square feet previously vacated by the Southern Company, they chose 270 Peachtree for it’s ideal location and high visibility.

The challenge was to retain as many high end improvements as possible by refinishing, refurbishing, and updating the space to meet their needs while maximizing their TI budget and creating a more contemporary look. Facilitec then refinished custom- mahogany mill work, trim and cabinets as well as custom upholstered acoustical panels providing a fresh look at a fraction of the cost.
