Facilitec designed the Habitat for Humanity’s international headquarter’s in Atlanta keeping it welcoming while portraying that it is a worldwide organization.

The design of the lobby area for Habitat for Humanity utilized several different materials and textures. The bamboo flooring and large exposed brick columns found in the entry not only help portray the image of a worldwide organization, but was also a warm entry. With the use of flat screen televisions and an arrangement of metal stand-offs throughout the space, we were able to create several feature areas for Habitat’s extensive collection of photos.

Mirion knows radiation and is a leader in detection products, training and other safety products. When they decided to relocate their facility in Atlanta, they looked to Facilitec for project management to move their company to a new facility that was more conducive to their current employees and more appealing to new talent. After 20 years, they moved to Atlanta’s thriving Upper Westside on Menlo Drive.

The 32,000 square foot warehouse facility was transformed to an open office space with an environment that reflects Mirion’s company culture and objectives. The facility includs a conference center, experience center and a laboratory for testing and development. Facilitec worked in partnership with ASD design and Office Interiors to design and build the environment. The facility was created with a fresh open environment filled with exterior light and high open ceilings. Office Interiors designed the furnishings to compliment the progressive design. Both ASD and Office Interiors worked collectively to ensure that the finishes created a seamless design that filled the company’s objectives and goals.

The joint effort of Scotland Wright Associates, Facilitec, Humphries Construction and Office Interiors made for a problem free project that is now home for the organization.
