Our latest client LeaseQuery provides one of the top cloud based software’s in the industry for the accounting profession that has been widely received as one of the best. George Azih founded the organization in 2011 and started the business in a Starbucks. In 2019 LeaseQuery looked to Facilitec for construction, project management, furniture procurement, and installation of the new space. The 52,000 square foot headquarters at Rivinia 3 includes a 5,000 square foot open patio on the top of the parking deck, training center and an open office concept that allows for 20 percent growth in the current space before executing the 20,000 square foot expansion option. The six million dollar project took 26 weeks to perform and came in on budget and  on time.
