Facilitec worked with our client and CBRE’s project management team to provide a new corporate headquarters in a premier mix-use properties at Avalon in Alpharetta Georgia. While the project was and is confidential, they were looking to build 50,000 square feet of office space on one of the towers’ top two floors of the twin towers facility.  In doing so we worked with Hitt construction for the build-out and Office Interiors for all the furnishings. The 18-month-long project required a 3,500-square-foot hub for engagement and an all-hands-on-deck meeting capability. Creating an open office environment encourages transparency and engagement while leveling corporate hierarchy. For quiet meetings, huddles and conference rooms are built throughout the space with high tech reservation systems and AV.  Windows on all four sides, the entire team has access to exterior views and interior views are elevated with murals and photography from local street artists and photographers. Facilitec, Office Interiors and CBRE were retained to do their NYC office and a 400-person call center in Georgia as well.
